This pine shelf is crafted to precise dimensions of 60" x 10" x 3". The elegant floating shelves are skillfully designed in the Box-style, ensuring a modern and sleek look. To guarantee durability and quality, the Box-style design is meticulously crafted using 3/4" thick grade A pine plywood. Prior to applying the chosen stain, these shelves are carefully sanded to a smooth 220 grit finish. The client has opted for the exquisite special walnut stain, which will be complemented by a clear coat finish. To further enhance their longevity, each shelf undergoes a sealing process, followed by sanding to a refined 320 grit, and finally, a waxing treatment. Rest assured, these shelves will be shipped out in impeccable condition.
